Nacido en 1971. Vive y trabaja en St Louis, Misuri, USA.
Sus imágenes se componen por asociaciones de formas y colores, una suerte de remezcla influenciada por el diseño gráfico, la moda, la historia del arte y la naturaleza misma, combinados utilizando una gran variedad de métodos y materiales: desde la pintura y el grabado hasta el ensamblaje y la costura. Sus pinturas se caracterizan por tener jerarquías cambiantes de conceptos similares: exploración material, identidad abstracta, espacio formal y expresión narrativa. Desdibujan abiertamente el límite entre las bellas artes y las artes aplicadas, no solo en concepto sino también en la práctica, prestándose a varias formas de diseño de superficies. El reciente mural de LaChance que adorna las canchas de baloncesto de Kinloch Park fue nombrado la cancha de baloncesto mejor diseñada del mundo por Architectural Digest.
